Baskin Robbins Cheesecake Ice Cream recipe ingredients:

* 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
* 1 1/4 cups of white sugar
* 2 large beaten eggs
* 1 1/2 8oz cream cheese packages at room temperature
* 1/2 tsp lemon peel (finely chopped)
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp vanilla
* Graham crackers ground into bits

You will also need a ice-cream freezer.

In a large saucepan combine 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream, sugar, and eggs. Stir your ingredients over medium heat under boiling point. In a large mixing bowl beat your cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and slowly pour in the hot mixture.

Cover your bowl and put it into the fridge for 4-5 hours. Afterward sir in the rest of the whipped cream, the lemon peel, lemon juice, and vanilla. Then stir in the Graham cracker bits last.
