My mouth is just salivating thinking about this KFC coleslaw recipe. I know some people who love the KFC cole slaw so much that they go to KFC just to buy a large container of it.

This KFC coleslaw recipe is really really easy to make. Just make sure you make it a day ahead of time as you need to put this in the fridge overnight.

Ingredients you will need for your KFC coleslaw recipe:

* 4 1/2 tsp tarragon vinegar
* 6 1/2 tbs vegetable oil
* 3/4 cup chopped onions
* 2 1/2 cups of Miracle Whip
* 1 cup of white sugar
* 2 carrots, finely chopped
* 2 heads cabbage, finely chopped

In a large mixing bowl combine the oil, onions and sugar. Add the vinegar and then the mayonnaise. Until everything is well mixed.

Chop the carrots and cabbage in a food processor until they are the “KFC cole slaw” consistency. Almost a puree.

Mix both mixtures together and then put your KFC coleslaw in the refrigerator and leave it overnight.

Serve this KFC coleslaw cold with piping hot fried chicken, mashed potatoes and lots of gravy! This is also great at a snack by itself if you are a huge KFC cole slaw fan.

Ask your friends if they can even tell the difference. Mine often can’t tell the difference and are shocked when I tell them that I made this cole slaw by myself!
