Here is a recipe for Ravioli:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Filling of your choice (such as ricotta cheese, spinach, and garlic)
  • Pasta sauce for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and olive oil.
  2. Use a fork to mix the ingredients together, gradually incorporating the flour from the sides of the bowl. When the dough starts to come together, use your hands to knead it until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is about 1/8 inch thick. Use a cookie cutter or a glass to cut out circles of dough.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle. Wet the edges of the dough with water and fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press the edges together to seal the ravioli.
  6. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and carefully add the ravioli. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the top and are tender.
  7. Remove the ravioli from the water with a slotted spoon and drain them well. Serve the ravioli with your favorite pasta sauce.
