Fudge Brownie (no nuts)

Here is a great recipe for fudge brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Stir in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Stir in vanilla extract
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few crumbs attached.
  10. Drizzle on some chocolate or fudge syrup

Serving size: 1 brownie (based on 16 servings no syrup)
